Frequently asked questions

Money

What does it cost?

By active headcount, with unlimited locations on every plan: up to 10 staff — ₪199 a month; 11–30 — ₪399; 31–99 — ₪599. From 100 staff up the price is agreed in a conversation, because a chain that size has needs a price list doesn't cover. All prices include VAT.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

If you entered a card, the first charge is taken at the end of the trial and it becomes a monthly subscription. If you didn't, access pauses and nothing is deleted. Sign in, pick a plan, and everything comes back exactly as it was.

Am I charged during the trial?

No. 14 days with no charge, even if you entered a card. The card is held by the payment provider, not by us, and the first charge happens only when the trial ends.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from inside the system. No annual contract and no exit fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for — not in the middle of a month you already paid.

What if I grow past my plan's limit?

When you try to add the employee who goes over, the system offers the right plan and tells you what it costs and when it will be charged. Nothing is charged at that moment: the new price applies from the next billing.

The system

How long does setup take?

A four-step wizard: locations, hours, shifts, people. For a small business that's fifteen minutes. If you have a staff list in a spreadsheet you can import it, with a template to download.

I already have a schedule in a spreadsheet. Can I import it?

Staff and locations — yes, from Excel or CSV, with duplicate detection by email and the ability to undo an import that didn't come out right. The schedule itself doesn't need importing: it's rebuilt in one click, which is rather the point.

Does the system schedule for me, or do I decide?

You decide. The system proposes a schedule, and you can drag any shift from one person to another, assign by hand, or park a shift aside. Manual assignments are kept and not overwritten by the next run.

How do I know why it scheduled the way it did?

Every shift can answer that. Click it and see why that person was chosen and who the alternatives were. A shift that couldn't be filled is flagged with the reason — it doesn't stay an empty cell.

An employee is sick. What now?

Drag their shift to someone else, or leave it in the neutral area above the table until a replacement is found. If the week is already published the system asks for a double confirmation before the change, and then you republish.

Does it handle holidays and Sabbath?

Yes. You can mark closed days and nothing is scheduled on them. There's also handling for Sabbath end time, which shifts through the year.

Your staff

Do staff have to install an app?

They don't have to. They get a permanent personal link that opens in a browser, with no password and nothing to install — which is what makes staff actually use it, because there is no step where they have to go and find something in a store. Anyone who wants can add it to their home screen, where it looks and behaves like an app.

Who sees what?

By default, staff see their own shifts and their own requests.

You can turn on team visibility in settings, and then they also see who is on each shift with them — useful in a kitchen or on a security shift, where you need to know who your pair is. Even then, other people's requests, notes and contact details stay closed.

What staff never see: the notes you wrote about them, the subscription and billing, and any other company's data. This is enforced in the database itself rather than on the screen, so a direct request to the server can't get around it either.

Can an employee flood me with requests?

You set a weekly request limit. Past it, the system won't accept another request from them. You can choose whether preferences count toward that limit.

What about staff who don't read Hebrew?

The system ships in eight languages — Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. Each person picks their own, and sees the schedule in it.

Attendance and hours

Is there a time clock?

Yes, in two ways that work together. From a phone — staff clock in and out on their own device, on site or in the field, which suits drivers, cleaners and anyone not behind a counter. From a device at the door — if you prefer a physical clock, the system accepts punches directly from common card and chip terminals.

Which hardware clock works?

Any clock that speaks the ADMS protocol; ZKTeco is the common example. The device pushes punches to us by itself: no extra software to install, no computer that has to stay on, and no middleware. Pick the model by what the business needs — card, chip, or both.

What about a shift left open?

It is flagged and not counted as hours. A report with an open shift is not ready for payroll, and the system says so rather than guessing a number. A manager corrects it by hand, and the correction is logged.

What comes out at month end?

An hours report per person: actual versus planned hours, days worked, overtime and leave days. Export to Excel in one click.

How is overtime counted?

By a threshold you set — daily and weekly. The system takes the higher of the two rather than adding them, so the same hour is never counted twice.

Is leave managed in the system?

Yes. Staff request a date range in advance, a manager approves or declines, and approved days appear in the monthly report. An advance request is always a paid-leave request — there is no checkbox to clear, because an approved day is a paid day.

Data and security

Where does my data live?

In the cloud, with an established infrastructure provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. The full detail is on the security page.

Can I export my data?

Yes, any time, without asking us. Your data is yours — including if you decide to leave.

Can another company see my schedule?

No. Isolation between companies is enforced at the database level, not in browser code. It is covered by automated tests on every change.

What if I delete an employee by mistake?

Deleting clears their assignments across every week and asks for confirmation first. Before deleting someone already scheduled, it's worth exporting.

Support

If something breaks, who answers?

A person — and how fast depends on what broke. A failure that blocks work, such as a schedule that will not publish today: 4 hours during business hours (09:00–18:00, Sunday to Thursday). A question or a feature request: 48 hours. Open a ticket in the support area inside the system — that is where you pick the kind, and the time follows from it — or use the contact page.

We're a large chain and need adjustments. Can we talk?

Absolutely — book a meeting. We're early, and a request from a chain is a conversation rather than a ticket in a queue.
